Papyrus Oxyrhynchus 80 (P. Oxy. 80) is a police report, written in Greek. The manuscript was written on papyrus in the form of a sheet. It was discovered by Grenfell and Hunt in 1897 in Oxyrhynchus. The document was written between 238-244. Currently it is housed in the library of the Winchester College in Winchester. The text was published by Grenfell and Hunt in 1898.

The report is addressed to the chiefs of the police at Oxyrhynchus. Probably it was written by a local inspector (ἀρχέφοδος), whose name is unknown. The measurements of the fragment are 168 by 70 mm.
