Panagiotis Plavoukos (born 21 October 1994 in Athens) is a Greek footballer who plays for Anagennisi Karditsa.
Career
Panagiotis started his professional career in Thrasyvoulos. Coming from Thrasyvoulos youth system he was promoted in first squad in 2012 where he became eventually a team regular. He played in thirty five matches. Plavoukos impressed Veria's scouting team and so the team signed him on a free transfer till 2016. In August 20th, 2014 Panagiotis agreed to a mutual termination with Veria.
