The Historical Sanctum of the Pampa of Ayacucho settled on August 14, 1980, by means of Supreme Decree N° 119-80-AA. It is located near Quinua in the department of Ayacucho, province of Huamanga. It has an area of 3 km². It commemorates the location of the Battle of Ayacucho.
