Pamela Meyer Lopker is an American business executive, founder and chairman of software company QAD Inc. Lopker founded the company in 1979 and has been its chairman since incorporation in 1981. Before founding QAD, Lopker worked as Senior Systems Analyst for Comtek Research from 1977 to 1979.
She has been profiled by Forbes Magazine and BusinessWeek and received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Los Angeles area in 1996.
