The Pamban Junction to Dhanushkodi line is an abandoned railway line in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. It was abandoned due to the 1964 Rameshwaram Cyclone.

The nearest functioning railway station is in (upgraded from metre gauge to 1,676 mm or 5 ft 6 in Indian broad gauge) Rameshwaram, Tamil Nadu, India.

Potential revival

Currently, there are plans to build a rail-cum-road bridge from India to Sri Lanka. It would be built via Pamban, Rameshwaram, and Dhanushkodi.
