Palpita horakae is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Inoue in 1997. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Queensland.

The wingspan is about 20 mm. Adults are satin-white with brown spots and a wavy submarginal line on the forewings. There is a black spot on the hindwings.
