Palpita annulata is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Fabricius in 1794. It is found in India (including the Andamans and Nicobar Islands), Sri Lanka, Burma, China, Taiwan and Australia (Queensland).

The wingspan is about 20 mm. The forewings are white with a yellow costa and pale yellow patches outlined in black.

The larvae feed on the foliage of various plants, including Ligustrum quihoui and Ligustrum vicaryi.
