Palaquium cryptocariifolium is a tree in the Sapotaceae family. It grows up to 35 metres (115 ft) tall. The bark is brownish grey. The fruits are ellipsoid, up to 1.5 centimetres (1 in) long. The specific epithet cryptocariifolium is from the Latin, referring to the resemblance of the leaves to the tree genus Cryptocarya. Habitat is mixed dipterocarp and kerangas forests. P. cryptocariifolium is endemic to Borneo.
