Palangabad District (Persian: بخش پلنگاباد) is a district (bakhsh) in Eshtehard County, Alborz Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 4,099, in 1,267 families. The District has no cities. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Jaru Rural District and Palangabad Rural District.
