Palakol Assembly constituency (Constituency No. 176) is a constituency of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, India. It is one among 15 constituencies in the West Godavari district and one of the important trading towns known for its business in cloths and coconut in the state.

In 2014 elections Nimmala Rama Naidu from Telugu Desam Party has been elected as Member of Legislative Assembly. In 2009 elections Bangaru Usha Rani from the Indian National Congress party was elected to the Andhra Pradesh Assembly from the Palakol constituency by defeating the Praja Rajyam President Konidella Chiranjeevi with good majority.
