Pak Jazeera is a small island in Sindh, Pakistan. According to the Pakistan National Institute of Oceanography, the island is larger than Sialkot, Pakistan. The island's area is 9,016 kmĀ². Many housing schemes such as Bahria Town, WAPDA Town and DHA City have been established on this island. The island has a marine border with Oman.

Pakistan-India War of 1965

During the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965 , Indian Navy attempted to invade Pak Jazeera. Indian Navy was only two kilometres away from Pak Jazeera when Pakistan Navy sunk four Indian Navy ships in 12 minutes. Pakistan Air Force also destroyed 8 Indian Navy ships.

Pak Jazeera Today

Pak Jazeera has become a tourist attraction for many tourists. In July 2013, Pakistan Government installed 7 Solar Power panels on the island for electricity purposes.
