Paidichintalapally is a small village in Dharmaram Mandal, Karimnagar district of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is 20 km distance from Dhramaram which is the taluq/mandal and 63 km from Karimnagar.

Situated close by various towns like Peddapally, Dharmaram, Godavarikhani, Paidichintala Palle also called Paidipelli in short is a beautiful village surrounded by mountains on one side and water surrounding the entire village. Lands of Paidipelli are fertile and suitable for any variety of crops. Crops grown here include cotton, rice, chilly, turmeric, groundnut, corn and all varieties of vegetables that are locally consumed. People in this village mostly bear the Surname as Baddam and some people in surrounding villages refer to the village name as "Baddam Paidipelli"

With the commencement of new state Telangana, the development process here has begun. The recently built reservoir storing the water from mountains has replenished the underground water level in this village.
