PRO Rugby stadiums

PRO Rugby stadiums have included multi-sport venues as well as venues built specifically for PRO Rugby. PRO Rugby was an American professional rugby union competition that began play in 2016 with five teams.

Stadium availability and favorable stadium contracts were a significant part of PRO Rugby determining in which cities to place teams. The first two teams announced in late 2015 — Sacramento and San Francisco — were the first two cities where PRO Rugby managed to sign a stadium contract. PRO Rugby announced its first team, Sacramento, on November 18, 2015, and its second team, San Francisco, on November 19, 2015.

Past stadiums

The Denver Stampede used Infinity Park for the first half of the 2016 season before moving to CIBER Field midway through the 2016 season.
