P. P. Singh is eminent professor of Law and working as Head & Dean in Department of Law in Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh in India. He is the founder of the department of Law therein the University. He is also known as Prithvi Pal Singh.He has organised various student activities and seminar as DSW- Dean Students Welfare.
