Oyvind Heian (born 16 December 1980) was a Norwegian politician and the leader of Norwegian Patriots, which he founded in 2007 and whose main aim was to stop non-western immigration to Norway.
In November 2005, Heian announced that he was a member of the far right organization Vigrid. As a result of this, he lost his job at MTU Link.

Heian also used to be a member of the Norwegian Progress Party, but he resigned when he claimed the party started to be non-political.
During the election in Norway in 2009, the Norwegian Patriots received 183 votes. At 23 September 2009, Heian went out to the public and announced that his party should be closed down. Heian then started to study psychology.
