Oxyelophila callista is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by W. T. M. Forbes in 1922. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Texas.

The wingspan is about 13 mm. Adults have been recorded on wing in May and October.

The larvae are aquatic.
