The park was opened in 1993. "Overlook park is nestled within the Green Valley Hills village and features a large Heritage Oak tree, lawn area and a children's play structure. Street parking is available, and access to the park can be made along Kensington Drive or Beechwood Court. A paved walking path connects the two entrances."
