Our Health Partnership is a large provider of primary care services in Birmingham and Sutton Coldfield established in November 2015.

Dr Mark Newbold, formerly Chief Executive of Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust is managing the project, which is a merger of at least 35 practices with 150 GP partners, 50 salaried GPs and a combined registered list of 275,000 patients. It will be the single largest provider of primary care services in the UK.

It is described as a super-partnership which will generate efficiencies of scale when compared with traditional General Practice in the UK. It claims that the constituent practices will retain their own operational autonomy.

Dr Masood Nazir, one of the partnerships GPs, won the NHS Chief Clinical Information Officer's award for clinical informatics leadership in October 2016 for his work on the city’s shared care record and the national Patient Online programme for which he is national clinical lead.
