The Otjikoto tilapia (Tilapia guinasana) is a species of cichlid endemic to Namibia where it was originally only found in Lake Guinas. Despite deriving its common name from Lake Otjikoto, this species in not native to the lake, rather being an introduced species. It inhabits vertical cliffs, using narrow ledges for breeding. It is very variable in coloration. This species can reach a length of 14 centimetres (5.5 in) TL. This species can also be found in the aquarium trade.
