Oswald Rantucci

Oswald Rantucci (1907–1988) was a highly respected Classical Guitar teacher at The State University of New York at Buffalo, for whom the Rantucci International Guitar Festival & Competition is named. He was also a friend and professional associate of the revered classical guitarist Andres Segovia.
