Oshnavieh-ye Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان اشنويه شمالي) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Oshnavieh County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 10,315, in 1,940 families. The rural district has 28 villages.
