Oscar by the Sea (Chinese: 清水灣半島) is a private housing estate in Pak Shing Kok, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong. Formerly the site of a factory owned by Hong Kong Oxygen Company (香港氧氣), it was jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and the Hong Kong Oxygen Company in 2002.
It is the only private housing estate in Tseung Kwan O that is not built on reclaimed land. There is a special movie theme, from the garden and the podium to the clubhouse, and a beautiful green area that is three times the size of Victoria Park.
