Oregon Ballot Measure 99 is a ballot measure in the 2016 election in the U.S. state of Oregon. The measure uses Oregon Lottery funds in order to provide outdoor education to Oregon students. The measure passed on November 8, 2016, with the support of sixty-six percent of Oregon voters.
