Oregon Ballot Measure 94 is a ballot measure in the 2016 election in the U.S. state of Oregon. The measure, if passed, would have eliminated the mandatory retirement age for state judges, currently set at 75. The measure was rejected by Oregon voters, with 63 percent voting against the measure.
