Orange Tulip Scholarship (in short OTS) was created by Neso China in September, 2008, aiming at financing talented Chinese students to study in the Netherlands. The suppliers of OTS consists of Dutch higher education institutions and companies. Candidates must be citizens of China and be resident in China; meanwhile candidates must obtain a (under)graduate degree of universities out of the Netherlands, and intend to pursue a master's degree in a Dutch university. The value of the scholarship varies per grant provider.
