In Serbia, the Opposition (Serbian: Oпoзициja / Opozicija) is all of the political parties represented in Parliament that are not a part of the Government supported by the parliamentary majority.

The Leader of the Opposition (Serbian: Лидер опозиције / Lider opozicije) is the unofficial title held by the leader of the largest party of the opposition.

11th assembly of Serbian Parliament

In the 11th assembly of the Serbian Parliament (2016–present), the parties in parliament that include the opposition are:

  • Serbian Radical Party
  • Enough is Enough
  • Democratic Party
  • Dveri Movement
  • Democratic Party of Serbia
  • Social Democratic Party
  • Liberal Democratic Party
  • League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina
  • The leader of the opposition is Vojislav Šešelj, leader of the Serbian Radical Party.
