Ophryophryne synoria is a species of amphibian in the Megophryidae family. It is only known from its type locality in the Mondulkiri Province, eastern Cambodia. Currently endemic to Cambodia, its range may extend to Vietnam where it might have been confused with Ophryophryne gerti.
