Onyewuchi Francis Ezenwa (Born 1968) is a member of the Nigerian federal house of representatives representing the Owerri-Municipal/Owerri-North/West-Federal Constituency of Imo State under the platform of All Progressives Grand Alliance After his secondary education, Onyewuchi attended the University of Nigeria Nsukka where he studied Sociology. He went further to study for master's degree (MBA) in Management. He was a member of the Fyinance Committee of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA). Onyewuchi Francis Ezenwa was later elected into the Federal House of representatives, where he represents the OwerriMunicipal/Owerri North/ West Federal Constituency of Imo State under the platform of All Progressives Grand Alliance. His Legislative Interests border on using the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) and Millennium Development Goal (MDG) for human development and wealth creation. He targets ensuring human capital and infrastructural development of Nigerians Onyewuchi Francis Ezenwa holds the traditional title of Ebubedike II.
