Onnume Puriyala

Onnume Puriyala is an upcoming Tamil psychological thriller movie directed by debutante Apsara Ramkumar starring Jack Michael, Harini and Vidya in the lead. The music for the movie is done by A.R.Raihanah, sister of the renowned music director A.R.Rahman. The films cinematography was handled by Sudharsun J and Dilip Kartik while Kamal G has done the editing for the film. The film was made under a budget of about 1 crore rupees. The principal photography commenced on 13 May 2013 and had been shot at various locations in and around chennai.

Onnume Puriyala team had confirmed the news recently that a German production house in tie-up with an undisclosed Hollywood studio has acquired remake rights for the film to be made in English and German for a whopping large sum however the producers of Onnume Puriyala did not confirm or disclose any specific amount for the Hollywood remake rights. Onnume Puriyala is believed to be the first Indian feature film to be remade in Hollywood and German film industry.
