The One Hell of a Nite Tour is to support Chris Brown's 7th studio album.
It was originally supposed to be a summer tour but then the album was so successful he added an Australian and European leg. However, Australia barred him entry to the country so the Australian leg was cancelled. He had no problems with the European leg.
