Omere Larry (born 27 January 1995) is a Nigerian footballer who plays as a striker for Mortágua Futebol Clube, and formerly for Groupo desportivo Sourense. After leaving Nigeria for Portugal at age 18, he has since played for a number of clubs in Portugal. He began his career in 2013 at Uniao De Coimbra playing in the Portuguese SUB-19 Nacional League which comprises with teams such as Benfica, Sporting clube de Portuga, Estoril, Vitoria de setubal, Nacional and uniao de leiria U-19 teams respectively, before moving to the Portuguese 3rd division club GD Sourense in 2014. Having joined Portuguese CNS side Sporting Pombal in January 2015, before joining his currently clube.

Career

Omere Larry joined the local football club in his neighborhood Agidingbni football academy, having been scouted by a Nigerian scout in collaboration with his manager Marcelo Dos Santos Cipriano while playing on the streets of his hometown. he was given a 3 weeks trial in Uniao de coimbra U-19 he subsequently signed a contract. After a year with the club, Portuguese CNS side GD sourense made a move for the player. After a two-weeks trial, Omere Larry signed contracts with the club in 2014. His first season in Portugal saw Omere Larry break into the first team squad, and later in the year Liga NOS sides Estoril made offers for the forward but the deal wasn't signed eventually.
