Omaha, NE 1997 is a live release by Athens, Georgia's Widespread Panic. These performances were recorded live at The Ranch Bowl in Omaha, NE on July 1, 1997. This recording features all original band members including late guitarist Michael Houser.

Contents

This was the 10th installment of the Porch Songs series. This was the debut of the song Bear's Gone Fishin`. Show notes say the band played on an outdoor volleyball court. The band would return to the Ranch Bowl one more time before moving on to bigger venues in Omaha.
