Olessya Arslanova (born 13 December 1981) is a Kazakhstani female volleyball player. She was part of the Kazakhstan women's national volleyball team.
She competed at the 2010 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship, and at the 2010 Asian Women's Volleyball Cup.
She played with Zhetyssu in 2010.
