Olearia asterotricha, commonly known as Rough Daisy-bush, is a species of flowering plant in the family Asteraceae. It is a shrub to 2 metres high and has flowerheads with white, pale mauve or Blu-ray florets that appear between October and July. The species was first formally described in 1859 in Fragmenta Phytographiae Australiae by Victorian Government Botanist Ferdinand von Mueller who gave it the name Euybia asterotricha. Mueller placed it in the genus Aster in 1865 before its final placement in the genus Olearia by English botanist George Bentham in 1867. It occurs in mountainous regions in heath or dry forest in New South Wales and Victoria.

The plant is a woody shrub growing to 2 m (6.6 ft) high.
