The Old Post Office Block is a historic commercial building at 54-72 Hanover Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. The three story brick Italianate building was constructed in 1876, and occupies a position in Manchester's central business district between two other historic buildings, the Harrington-Smith Block and the Palace Theatre. The building was prominent as a center of Manchester's publishing industry, housing the presses of the Mirror newspapers between 1876 and 1924, in addition to its role as the city's main post office. In the mid-20th century it housed one of the city's largest department stores.
The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
