Old Centre Historic District is a historic district roughly bounded by Old County and Baldwinsville Roads, Hale Street, and Teel Road Winchendon, Massachusetts. The district encompasses the earliest settlement of the town, including the cemetery, First Congregational Church, and the oldest surviving house (c. 1752) in town.
The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
