The St. Andrew's Parish Church and former cathedral (German: Dom Sankt Andrä or Pfarrkirche St. Andrä im Lavanttal) is a Catholic church on the southern tip of Sankt Andrä im Lavanttal in Austria. Its importance lies in the fact that between 1228 and 1859 was the cathedral of the Diocese of Lavant.

The first mention of a parish in Lavanttal arises from the year 888. The first reliable mention of the church dates from 1145. In 1225 an Augustinian monastery was founded in Sankt Andra. In 1859 the bishopric of Maribor / Lower Styria was created because the seat was moved to and Maribor and part of Carinthia diocese was assigned to the diocese of Gurk.
