Profiles

Odyssey Teams Inc. is a motivational team building and leadership training company, which developed a training course focused on philanthropy. Groups from various organizations and companies including eBay, Wells Fargo, Pfizer, Kinko’s and Hilton Hotels have participated in Odyssey training sessions, which the company claims have given away more than 10,000 bikes to at-risk children, and to have constructed 1,000 prosthetic hands for donation to amputees in developing countries. Odyssey Teams Inc. was founded in 1991 and began using philanthropy as a team-building exercise in 2001 with the creation of their Life Cycles program in which participants undertake charity projects in their organizations and communities, building free bikes for children.
