Odites semisepta is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1930. It is found in Cameroon.

The wingspan is about 14 mm. The forewings are pale ochreous with a dark grey dot on the dorsum near the base. The stigmata are dark fuscous, the plical reduced to a speck, hardly beyond the first discal, the second discal somewhat transverse, a direct grey line from it to a dark grey tornal dot. There is an almost marginal series of dark grey dots around the apical part of the costa and termen. The hindwings are light grey.
