Odites lividula is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1932. It is found in Japan.

The wingspan is about 18 mm. The forewings are glossy light pinkish grey, with the extreme costal edge ochreous whitish. The plical and second discal stigmata are cloudy and grey. The hindwings are light grey.
