Odites circiformis is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1930. It is found in Cameroon.

The wingspan is about 24 mm for males and 34 mm for females. The forewings are whitish yellowish, in females slightly sprinkled light brownish. There is a cloud of light brownish suffusion about the end of the cell, in females vague and formed of irroration extending to the dorsum. The hindwings are ochreous whitish.
