Oatmeal paper

Oatmeal paper is a paper made from oatmeal. In Korea, Oatmeal paper is called as Hwangji (황지, 黃紙, Yellow paper). Jaegaseung (Jurchen people descendants who live in Korea) produced this paper and substitute their tax to oatmeal paper.
