The OVW Tag Team Championship is the tag team titles of Ohio Valley Wrestling. Created in 1997, the first champions were Nick Dinsmore and Flash Flanagan.
The current champions are Billy O and Kevin Giza. They defeated Team Next Level (Devin Driscoll and Tony Gunn) for the championships on March 8, 2017 at an OVW TV Taping from Louisville, Kentucky.
