"O" (also known as "O (Fly On)") is a track recorded by British alternative rock band Coldplay for their sixth studio album Ghost Stories (2014). It appears as the ninth and final song on the album. It is divided in two different songs: "Fly On" (0:00–3:54) and "O" (6:18–7:47), in the standard edition of Ghost Stories between the two songs there are more than two minutes of silence while in the Target deluxe edition there is no silence. The song has charted in England and in France. A live version of the track recorded at the Royce Hall of Los Angeles appears in the Ghost Stories Live 2014.

"Fly On"

"Fly On" is the hidden song at the beginning of the track. It is a piano ballad.

"O"

"O" is an ambient piece at the end of the track. It begins with the same angel choir of the album opener, "Always in My Head". In the song Chris Martin can be heard repeating "Don't ever let go" through a vocoder. Additional vocals from Martin's daughter, Apple (and her friend, Mabel), are featured in the song. Martin, in an interview with Zane Lowe, defined "O" his "favourite piece of music made by Coldplay". He also stated that the song includes the message of the album: "Never give up". A different version of "O", called "O (Reprise)", appears at the end of the Target deluxe edition of Ghost Stories, sold by Target only in the USA, and this includes vocals from Martin's son, Moses. This is the final track in the A Sky Full of Stars EP. This version leaves behind its synth base in favour of a Western-influenced guitar rhythm.
