O keefe ranch
The O'Keefe Ranch is a historic ranch and associated ghost town located in the Okanagan region of British Columbia, Canada on the Canadian National Railway, just northwest of Vernon. The town was founded in 1867 by Cornelius O'Keefe. Cornelius was a cattleman who became known as "the O'Keefe of Okanagan." He was an Irishman whose ranch was an early center of trade in the Okanagan. The town later contained a general store, Roman Catholic church, and a post office.
