Nyan Win (Burmese: ဉာဏ်ဝင်း) is a Burmese politician and Aung San Suu Kyi's personal attorney. Nyan Win currently serves on the National League for Democracy's Central Executive Committee and is a party spokesman. He has served as a legal advisor to the NLD.

He won the seat in the Pyithu Hluttaw to represent the Paung Township Constituency No. 1 during the Burmese general election, 1990, winning about 55% of the votes (20,032 valid votes).

Nyan Win was born in Kyaikkami, Mon State on 20 November 1942 to parents Chin Pe and Daw Yi. After graduating with an LLB from Rangoon University, he served as a High Court advocate from 1970-1973, and worked as a government prosecutor until his retirement in November 1988.
