Nurlan Seydinovich Bizakov (Russian: Нурлан Сейдинович Бизаков) is a Kazakhstani businessman. He is the chairman and major shareholder of Kazphosphate, one of Kazakhstan's largest phosphorus producers. He bought the company in 2007 from Nahum Galmor for an estimated sum of $120 million. He is also chairman of JSC Sumbe, an oil exploration and trading company.
