Now 76 features ten songs which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart: "California Gurls", "The Club is Alive", "OMG", "Gettin' Over You", "Nothin' on You", "Good Times", "Dirtee Disco", "We No Speak Americano", "This Ain't a Love Song", and "Once".

The version of K'naan's "Wavin' Flag" that is featured on this album is the original version instead of the 2010 FIFA World Cup Celebration Mix which peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart shortly before the album release.
