Now That's What I Call Music! 64 or Now 64 was released on 24 July 2006 on digital MP3 download, audio cassette and Compact Disc. The album is the 64th edition of the original (UK) Now! series.

Now 64 features six songs which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart: "Crazy", "Maneater", "Don't Stop Me Now", "I Wish I Was a Punk Rocker (With Flowers in My Hair)", "Smile" and "So Sick". The Robin Beck song "First Time" previously featured on Now 14 in its original form. There is the tiniest of overlaps between MP3 and cassette in the history of NOW - this was the last UK Now Album to be released on tape, and only a very limited number of copies were made available. Compact Disc remains the largest-selling format to this day.
