Novelty Hill Winery is a Washington winery located in the Woodinville, Washington tourism district. Tom Alberg and Judi Beck founded the winery in 2000. Novelty Hill primarily uses fruit grown at the winery’s estate vineyard, Stillwater Creek, which has been called one of the top 20 vineyards in the state. The winery produces a number of varietals created by veteran winemaker Mike Januik.

In the summer of 2007, Novelty Hill Winery moved into a new destination production facility adjacent to Columbia Winery. Novelty Hill's wines are fermented, barreled and bottled here at this state-of-the-art production facility. Novelty Hill shares the building with Januik Winery, though the two wineries are owned and operated independently.

Novelty Hill has twice earned a place on Wine Spectator magazine’s annual Top 100 Wines of the Year; for its 2003 and 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon.
